Our owner Petr measured 27.5 cm following our guide. When adding extra of 5–10 mm, he wears Skinners shoes in size 43. However, he wears Globetrotter and Wanderer textile shoes in size 42, because our textile shoes usually need a lower extra (thanks to the greater internal width of textile shoes). So you may (or may not) find that your leather shoes fit you a different size than your textile shoes, it is individual and depends on everyone's preference.

Shoes have their advantages and disadvantages
Shoes are comfortable and soft, memory foam is great, they walk well. But I've tried several socks and I have the feeling that my foot slides in them, no matter what material of socks I take. The surface of the memory foam is kind of glossy and that's probably the cause. Shoes are not very suitable for lower ankles. The laces on the shoes are very hard to tighten, they don't move in the holes. I replaced them with narrower ones and it's much better. I put another insole under the original one, but even so, my foot doesn't fit as I would expect, what a shame. Maybe with a warm sock they will fit better.

We were surprised to hear that your foot slips in the shoes, as we have not encountered this issue with this model before. Do you have the correct size? Try measuring your foot according to the instructions and checking the size chart. We can also send you a different type of insole if needed.

Unfortunately, I expected higher quality. The toe of the shoe is a bit 'thickened', there's an extra piece of fabric. Which wouldn't be a problem, but the issue is that it's visible and it doesn't make the shoe look good. It really ruins the appearance.

After about two weeks of wear, the toe starts to peel off, the inside of the shoe under the ankle starts to fall apart. I won't buy again.

Great shoe that actually feels like you're not wearing shoes at all. Is my feet overheat easily this is the first shoe I ever had that I don't feel the need to take off as soon as I come home from work.
Comfortable, but impractical
The shoes are really very comfortable and beautiful, in my opinion, the best design of barefoot summer shoes. Their huge minus is the material, which attracts all the dust from the street, and that's just five minutes after you put them on. I've had white sneakers before, but these are tragic when it comes to getting dirty. You can wash them every day, but when you go out in them, you'll be aware that you'll be ashamed of your dirty shoes when you arrive at your destination. What a shame. They're a lot of work. Otherwise, I would have given five stars, but this is so limiting that I'm giving three.
Heavenly comfort
Skinners are so far the most comfortable shoes I've ever had on my feet. I came across barefoot shoes about 10 years ago, and they always seemed weird to me. About a month ago, I stumbled upon an ad for Skinners sneakers, which were the first barefoot shoes I liked, I wouldn't be ashamed to wear them out in public and I wouldn't have to buy special socks for them. What a surprise it was when they arrived, beautiful, technically and craft-wise perfect shoes, and heavenly comfortable. Since I have size 47 (according to Skinners) I immediately ordered another, differently colored pair the next day and a week later, a pair of globetrotters. Since then, I haven't taken the Skinners off my feet. And today, I walked the 18-hole golf course with the globetrotters. Great. And on Sunday, I have another one. I have to admit that with Skinners shoes, Brno has won me over. And I'm a Prague native;-). Thanks

Poor quality, after one wear the lining started to tear inside the shoes, so I'm returning them.
The shoes are perfect
The shoes are perfect, I'm not used to barefoot shoes, I'm transitioning newly. By mistake, I walked 18km in them on the first day after purchase, 14km on the second day, and around 8km on subsequent days (a week at the cottage), and I have to say the shoes are super! They're soft, pleasant, comfortable. My feet hurt minimally, after so many km they're rather tired in the evening..
Thin soles for a heavier person, otherwise good
Comparing to Moonwalkers (which are fantastic) these are a bit of a mixed bag. Pro: - light, airy, material doesn't look cheap - very accommodating to my weird wide foot - has a very nicely thought out padding on the inside, right above toes, to prevent your toes/nails from poking a hole from the inside Con - a spot started fraying immediately next to my malleolus bone (pointy bit of your ankle) - but only on one shoe, so I guess this is my weird foot again. - I'm 100+kg, and comfort+ insert (or something about the sole) is just too thin for me (unlike moonwalkers), makes walking on flat concrete uncomfortable. In summary -- great shoe in general, would prefer regular insole, probably ok for someone lighter with less protruding malleolus bone.

The shoes are really very comfortable. It takes some getting used to the harder insole (my first barefoot shoes). I haven't been outside in the rain yet, but hopefully the waterproofing will work 😄. It will probably be too hot in them in the summer.

Favorite shoes
I love these shoes so much that I have two pairs. One for nature and one for the city (because my hiking ones are like a pig). They have a nicely soft sole, with some barefoot shoes I suffer from the sole being thin, but hard as a rock, this one is thin and flexible, plus with the insole it's pleasant to walk in them even in the city.

My first shoes
My first shoes of this type. I'm getting used to them. I couldn't wear them in the city every day, my feet hurt in them. However, they are pleasantly soft and spacious. They don't press anywhere and the size is correct. I would just prefer a different color of the shoe trim. The white one gets dirty immediately.

My first BF shoes
My first BF shoes. They were ideal for transitioning to BF. They are great, I will definitely buy more.
Comfortable but only for one season
I bought them for the summer season, for everyday wear in the city, and after 3.5 months, the upper edge of the heel is worn out (I always put them on normally, untie them, and don't put them on while tied), and the material is also fraying at the toe. They are perfect to walk in, airy, but they seem like seasonal shoes, which is a shame at this price.

Globetrotter White
I bought white sneakers for myself and my daughter in the spring and I was mega excited. Like Skinners! Great satisfaction for both. The only downside I see is that after 4 months of wear, we both have a torn inner fabric/lining in the shoe around the heel and ankles. So next year we will have to buy new ones, which at a price of 2t is not entirely advantageous.
